The Dougy Center

The Dougy Center provides support in a safe place where children, teens, young adults and their families who are grieving a can share their experiences. Our involvement with this extraordinary organization has helped raise thousands of dollars in support of their mission.

The CCA helps children diagnosed with serious illness and their families. Every moment is precious. This Children’s Cancer Association’s goal is to transform as many of those moments as possible – with joy.

Harper’s Playground

Harper’s Playground is a non-profit organization dedicated to building better, all-inclusive playgrounds. The inspiration for the program came in 2009 when five-year-old Harper tried to approach a play structure in her walker and got stuck in the wood chips.

Stand Together is the relationship between the Portland Timbers, Portland Thorns, and their fans and signifies the commitment they have to being champions on and off the field. Porsche Beaverton supports their mission to harness the power of sport to improve the lives of children and families through targeted programs, deep partnerships, and philanthropic giving.

Meals on Wheels People

For 50 years, Meals on Wheels People has been meeting the social and nutritional needs of older adults in our community. We serve delicious and nutritious meals at dozen of dining centers in Multnomah, Washington and Clark counties and volunteers deliver Meals on Wheels and friendly visits to homebound elderly.

Brian Grant Foundation

The Brian Grant Foundation provides proven tools to improve the well-being of people with Parkinson’s. BGF was established in 2010, following Brian’s diagnosis in 2008 at the age of 36.

Oregon Wine Experience

The benefits of Oregon Wine Experience linger long after everyone goes home. In addition to the amazing memories made, thousands of local infants and children will directly benefit from the funds raised at this event. In 2019, Oregon Wine Experience raised $1,700,000 and 100% of those proceeds stayed local, benefiting Asante Children’s Miracle Network and other Asante healthcare.

The Beaverton High School Success Fund is designed to improve the educational experience at Beaverton High, beyond the normal funding provided by the school district.

JDRF

JDRF’s research has two core objectives: curing type 1 diabetes by helping the body’s inability to control glucose, reversing insulin dependence and prevent the progression of the disease in those at risk or recently diagnosed; and improving lives by treating people living with T1D with new drugs, therapies and devices that make it easier to stay healthy until the cure comes.

Kiwanis Doernbecher Children’s Cancer Program

Kiwanis Doernbecher Children’s Cancer Program (KDCCP) provides world-class training to the fellows at Doernbecher Children’s Hospital who specialize in pediatric hematology and oncology. We believe preparing more doctors to research and discover new therapies is a terrific way to shorten the time it takes to eventually bring an end to children’s cancers.

Veterans’ Legacies

Preserve, Honor, Educate – Veterans’ Legacies launched the Mighty Endeavor program with the purpose of gathering veterans’ oral histories, recordings, images, and videos with the intent of using their stories to educate our youth and help reconnect veterans with the community they served. Veterans’ Legacies works with volunteers and partnering organizations to connect veterans and students, to Preserve their stories, Honor their service, and Educate our youth.

Victory Academy

Victory Academy (Victory) is Oregon’s only dedicated year-round private school, serving Oregon’s children and teens affected by Autism. Victory is accredited through AdvancEd and approved by the Oregon Department of Education.

Victory is the first school of its kind in the Greater Portland Metro Area to offer a comprehensive educational and therapeutic program to children affected by Autism. Specifically, Victory provides students with a customized academic plan, integrating innovative strategies into every learning task.
