For the past several years, I have been looking for a particular Porsche. Staff members at this dealership have been looking for me. Recently, they took in a trade on exactly what I had been looking for. They notified me to come and test drive. The pre-owned department put me together with a sales person, and we made a deal within minutes.. The service department was able to certify the car and put the missing years warranty back on the car. They "prep" the car, including Paint Protection Film, and I brought the car home a couple of days later. This couldn't have been a smoother interaction. My sales person, Paul Kim, made purchasing a car, a smooth and pleasant experience. The used car manager, Cory Nauertz, provided me with all the history information on the car, and personally took care of everything. The "sister" Audi dealership, next door has been taking care of my Audi for 14 years, and there is no reason this Porsche dealership won't be where I bring my new car.

I had an outstanding experience at Porsche Beaverton. Paul Kim went above and beyond. Thanks to his (and Sigve's) hard work, understanding, and compassion, I was afforded an allocation that was denied me in my home state of Alaska. In fact, the difference in the manner in which I was treated by these two dealerships could not have been greater. The dealership in Alaska is beyond horrendous. Porsche Beaverton, and Paul specifically, are the very definition of exemplary customer service. Since I had a full PPF wrap and a PCCB kit installed on my new 2024 Macan GTS before taking delivery, and I was driving the vehicle 2400 miles home to Alaska over remote, mountain roads, a great deal of care was taken to make certain everything was squared away before the epic drive began. With regards to the newly available PCCB kit, Callum worked with the Porsche field rep, who happened to be on-site, to ensure perfection in installation and function. Danny Lopez was incredibly patient and kind as he helped me understand the PCM and other vehicle systems. The drive was without flaw. Other than picking up a screw in a tire with a subsequent slow air leak, the trip back, which was accomplished in 2.5 days, was an utter joy. To Paul, Danny, Sigve, Callum, and Luke in parts, I send a hale and hearty "Thank You" for all that you have provided me. I could not be happier.
